Texas Pioneer Title’s heritage runs deep. The owner’s family settled in parts of West Texas at the beginning of the 20th century. This photo celebrates the discovery of the first oil well on the Ranch in the late 1940s. More than 1000 people were served food and drinks on the hillside near the original discovery well. The photo was taken April 1949 on the “Good” Family Ranch in Borden County, Texas. The leadership and heritage of Texas Pioneer Title continues to represent the proud and hardworking legacy that inspires our staff today.
